Founded in 2018, Avidus began with a mission to
provide exceptional recruitment support. As clients
sought more than talent, we expanded into full HR
and business process outsourcing.

Today, our 120-strong team, working onsite and
remotely, supports a wide range of critical roles. What
sets us apart is our 25+ years of combined experience
—10 years shaping talent strategies and recruitment
for major outsourcing companies, plus 15 years
driving operational excellence for Fortune 500 and
top Philippine outsourcing firms.
